| Salary | 6 lpa – 7.2 lpa (depending on experience) |
| Roles & Responsibilities | Identify potential strategy areas, develop proposals and undertake meaningful research to support policymaking. Conduct secondary research for research projects and project implementation. Lead data analysis for various projects and reports. Lead outreach activities such as preparing discussion papers, brochures, writing online posts, etc. and organizing roundtables, workshops and other types of events. Participate in events, seminars, etc. related to the field of work. Guide and mentor interns. Participate actively in and contribute to the overall development of the organization. |
| Qualification and Experience | A post-graduate with Masters in Social Work or similar courses with strong research and analytical skills Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is desirable Good command on MS-Office Suite and advanced MS-Excel for handling large data sets Knowledge of SurveyCTO, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau will be an added advantage An understanding about development sector Enthusiasm and zeal towards learning more and grooming your skills |
