| Duties and responsibilities: Restoration & Resettlement • Ensure the readiness, functional capacity of clients and prepare them for restoration/rehabilitation in the community and for job placement. • Work closely with project coordinators, counselors, Police/NGOs/CBOs to locate address/family of the client. Capacity Building and Employment • Carry out assessment of the client’s abilities, preferences and potential capacity for training and employment purposes and develop an individual plan for each client in collaboration with team coordinators. Review plans monthly based on progress of each client. Govt. Entitlements and Social Inclusion Women’s Collective (Direct Implementation and Recording) • Directly support the new initiative of the organisation, i.e., co-enable the building and consolidation of homeless women’s collective in the city • Conduct necessary meetings and trainings for the members of the collective to help them become future self-advocates • Maintain all related reports and documentation Key skills required: Only Female candidates may apply. Schooling from English medium school is preferable. Documentation and Report Writing. May have to travel outside the State for restoration visits occasionally. Salary: 1,92,000 per annum. |
