| JOIN THE LEARNING REVOLUTION!!! Shikshantar Andolan is looking to hire a Centre Coordinator for exciting alternative education projects in Delhi-Noida area. No degrees or diplomas required to apply. Role and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include overall management of the Creativity Adda, ASVJ Dariya Ganj. More precisely, this will involve: 1. Making full efforts to enroll students from school and dropouts from nearby communities with a target of minimum 150 regular students 2. Motivating and guiding students on personal issues, learning plans, entrepreneurship projects 3. Liasoning with School Manager, Principal, Teachers, Parents, Community Influencers 4. Collecting, checking and submitting reports from all ADDA staff (attendance, daily, monthly, quarterly +newsletter) and attendance registers 5. Overseeing financial accounts and purchasing 6. Supporting hubs facilitators with planning and evaluation 7. Facilitating regular workshops with different hubs in entrepreneurship 8. Identifying and organising special resource people, exposure visits, internships for different hubs 9. Maintaining social media sites with daily updates 10. Supporting connections with Local Community through outreach and local events such as Dariya Dil Cafe 11. Help to Maintain Cleanliness and Design of Creativity Adda Commercial School. 12. Support the Director of Creativity Adda-Mukherjee Nagar, Coordinator of Creativity Adda-Commercial School and Manish Jain, Director of Shikshantar Sansthan as and when needed.
